VINTAGE 1950's Gretsch 5.5x14 Snare Drum in Rewrapped Black Nitron

• Vintage Snare Drum.

• Size: 5.5x14.

• Details & Notes: A classic 50's era 3-ply Gretsch that has been refinished and rewrapped professionally. The drum was original a clear interior drum, as were most 3-ply Gretsch shells. Our guess is that the previous owner wanted this drum to match their existing Black Nitron 6-ply Gretsch which would have had factory Silver Sealer interiors, so had this drum professionally refinished both internally and externally. Unfortunately do to this the Badge and tag are both missing. Despite the alterations, this is an incredible drum and plays like a Gretsch should.
