These are in a quit remarkable condition, with very shiny chrome, and a gloss finish almost entirely free of blemishes. All blemishes seen on the kit fall within the barely noticeable category and almost guaranteed for the age of these drums. Classic sizes of 22\", 13\", and 16\" make this a friendly configuration for essentially all genres of music. This kit was made at a transition point where Gretsch started to introduce the \"Monster\" hardware, and as such has a bass drum \"Monster\" double tom mount installed. There are two holes under this mount that appear factory, though it isn't clear what they were intended for. The 13\" Tom is also outfitted with a \"Monster\" ball mount, though no mounting post is included. Floor tom legs are not original Gretsch. Excellent condition shells with clean interiors. Modern heads fit well on these drums. This kit appears to have been factory ordered without T-Rods.
