VINTAGE 1937-1938 WFL Zephyr Lug Drum Set in White Marine Pearl

• Vintage Drum Set. 

• Sizes: 12x22 bass drum, 8x12 tom, 14x16 floor tom. 

• Details & Notes: This super cool WFL set is an early one as evidence by the only badge being a paper WFL tag on the 12" tom. The bass drum would have original had a half moon accessory rail, a common gadget for the times, which would let the owner mount the 12" tom as well as accessories such as blocks and bells. The 12" tom still has the appropriate mounting bracket for such a rail, but without the rail is best to be played in a stand. The 12x22 bass drum and 14x16 tom give some extra quick punch to this kit, making it an excellent choice for vintage dry studio sounds. Both the 12" tom and 16" tom have shell mounted key holders, though the 16" toms key holder is chrome, indicating a reproduction or later era replacement. The Nickel is largely in good shape, and hardware is all functional. One one of the accessory rail mounting brackets, a later era cymbal arm bracket was attached, though no cymbal arm is included.
