VINTAGE 1976 Ludwig Matching Serial Clear Vistalite Big Beat Outfit w/ Matching Serial Super Sensitive

• Details & Notes: This is a beautiful near time capsule condition clear vistalite Ludwig from 1976 with matching sequence serial numbers and a matching serial number 5x14 Super Sensitive. The set was born together with the Super Sensitive being special ordered with the set by the original owner. The set has all original heads with the Ludwig logos still intact on everything but one bass drum head. Interestingly, the Ludwig "logo"  bass drum head is the batter side bass drum head, with the logo applied so that the audience see's it through the front of the kick drum. All seams are in great shape. Their are no cracks in the shells, and just a few minor surface scratches. The hardware is in excellent condition across all drums. The front bass drum hoop has a small chipped area. The Super has wonderful condition plating with almost no pitting, and a snare system that works as smooth as can be. A few of the tom heads have some denting. These drums are punchy, dry, and full of 70's mojo.
