VINTAGE 1952 Leedy & Ludwig 7x14 Broadway Parallel Snare Drum in Blue & Silver Duco

• Vintage Snare Drum. 

• Size: 7x14.

• Details & Notes: A super cool drum with a bit of an odd history. This Leedy & Ludwig solid shell Broadway Parallel was likely the cause of Conn using up parts as they prepared to sell both the Leedy and Ludwig name. The engraved hoops are standard Leedy hoops, with the top hoops engraved "Leedy, Elkhart Ind". The drums interiors are factory painted silver with a date stamp of February 1952. A few lug swivel nuts and tension rods on the bottom of the drum are unoriginal. The gut snare wires are original, though one is loose, and two of the locks to hold the gut in place are missing. Despite this the snare operates flawlessly with a smooth Parallel system.
