VINTAGE 1965 Ludwig Jazzette in Turquoise & Gold Duco

• Details & Notes: An absolutely joyful kit. This mid 60's Jazzette was painstakingly refinished in a shockingly accurate turquoise & gold duco that could easily be mistaken as the exact finish Ludwig had available in the 60's. Interiors have been painted white, using a near identical match to Ludwig's paint choice of the day. All original hardware, excellent edges, and a remarkable tuning range. Bass drum inlay is gold sparkle, to authentically replicate the 60's palette Ludwig offered. The bass ball bat mufflers that would have been installed on the toms are not present, however both Ludwig and Canopus make authentic reproductions that will fit. The bass drum would have originally had a mounted cymbal arm and bracket, the holes for which were plugged using another 60's Ludwig shell prior to painting. There are a few marks on the kit as this was done using authentic Duco paint, however this certainly gives the kit the "original feel" that was intended. By far one of our favorite kits to come through the store!
