VINTAGE 1950's Leedy & Ludwig Drum Set in Sparkling Gold Pearl

• Vintage Drum Set. 

• Sizes: 14x24, 9x13, 16x16 

• Details & Notes: A super mojo filled Leedy & Ludwig with all the attitude! Wrap is cracking and missing all around these drums, with the 16" being the cleanest. The missing wrap exposes a yellow painted shell. The 16" Floor is a Leedy, and one can assume that it did come with the kit. Though the nickel is very oxidized, and the wrap is rough, these drums have serious attitude. The shell integrity seams to be good, and these drums could certainly be played as is with new heads (all heads except the bass drum resonant calf head are in rough shape), or they could be a killer restoration project. The bass drum batter hoop suffered a mild split at one point but was glued back together and has held just fine over time. One floor tom leg has a slight bend. Despite the cosmetic and age issues, this kit can cover a lot of mileage.
