VINTAGE 1970's Ludwig Vistalite Drum Set in Jelly Bean Acrylic

• Vintage Drum Set.

• Sizes: 14x22 bass drum, 8x12 tom, 9x13 tom, 16x16 floor tom. 

• Details & Notes: Early 1970's Vistalite in Jelly Bean. These appear to be factory with a blue 14x22 bass drum, amber 8x12 tom, red 9x13 tom, and yellow 16x16 tom. Serial numbers are 1232792, 1236312, 1236231, and 1232784. The kit is in moderate players condition with some alteration and damage. The bass drum was drilled for an XLR cable for the purpose of an internal mic. The 8x12 tom's internal tone control has a bit of tape on the bottom, possibly to off set a rattling, and the 16x16 floor tom is missing the tone control. The 9x13 tom was dropped on the muffler, causing a crack to occur across the length of the majority of the shell, though it did not reach either bearing edge and is stable. Despite this, the tom still plays well and tunes well. There is a tag on the 16x16 floor tom which appears to be factory original, stating that dangers of drilling a Vistalite shell and relieving Ludwig of accountability for mishaps should one choose to not adhere their advice.
